Although Ares is still very young, he's already educated well for hunting. At the bottum picture, at the background of it, you can see he sleeps on his first huntingtoken. He must think that to be great! I think he's a very lucky dog to live with Klaus :-))
Ginny has a great home. A huge garden and a field with sheep, owned by Arien. The fence around the sheep ofcourse is no problem for Ginny to jump over. Luckily she's big friends with the sheep. Everytime I get pictures of Ginny the resemblance with her brother Kalle strikes me. She's a good looking girl I think :-))
Zeb is growing so well and he's behaving so good! His family is very proud of him. I had to especially mention that :-)) He's also having great fun in the snow, together with his friend Meron. Beautifull pictures, thank you Evelyne!
Aren't they cute! Here are Mila and her friend Marlotte playing together in the snow. Marlotte is a Bracco Italiano puppy and only a few weeks younger than Mila. Marlotte is supposed to become a fieldtrail dog. Mila is already showing Marlotte where to find rabbits.
Ofcourse I had to make some pictures of Jazz and Kylie in the snow too. Kylie didn't have time for posing. Everywhere there are noises of birds and little animals in the cracking snow, so she's pointing all the time. Jazz is more wise in the head and only comes to action when she realy thinks she has a chance of catching something.
When you look at Gunn and Joy, it's hard to believe Jazz is their mother. Mila on the other hand, is becoming more and more a Jazz-look-alike, especially her head.
Finally snow has come to Holland. Snow is pretty rare around here. Joy is very much enJOYing the snow and ofcourse after a good play it's nice to lay down in front of the fire, together with big friend Stabyhoun Pip.
This is Ares from Austria. He personally helped catching this wild pig and now he's having a good rest on what remains of it. He's quite a handsome chap and according to Claus, also very clever :-))
A few days ago we were having a walk with little Finn. He's such a sweet little guy! And what fun he and his mum were having, while Kylie was digging holes!
These pictures were all made last Saturday on the huntingday. It was hard work for Kylie, but she loves it! In the afternoon the sun even started to shine and that makes the Dutch landscape look much prettier.
Today one of the big Stommeerpolder boys on the picture. This little pheasant was hit by a car when Django found it. Why not use it for the training then? At least Django looks smashing at the pictures, carrying the bird.
Kalle and Jordi also have been quit busy. After having 4 beautifull kids in the Netherlands together with Nora, Kalle was asked to come to England to make Helga from the Ghyllbeck kennel pregnant. The outcome: 10 gorgeous puppies, 4 dogs and 6 bitches. Hennie has got a very nice website with lots of puppy pictures from these litters: http://www.munsterlander.nl Jordi has been busy with Buffy from the Helydon kennel and together they made 8 beautifull kids, 2 dogs and 6 bitches. Lots of pictures of these puppies you can find at: http://www.helydon.co.uk/page_13.html So all together up to now Jazz has got 23 children and 24 grandchildren :-))

The last two weeks we could still enjoy the company of Sparkey and Gunn. They've grown big enough to visit the park so we did. Mila is living with Annemieke, who also owns Bonnie (Jazz's other daughter) and luckily they are living only a few streets away. Jazz, Kylie and Bonnie are a true pack together on our walks and soon enough Mila will probably join them on their hunts. I made a few pictures of them and a little movie.
Underneath: Klaus and Ares in Vienna for shopping :-))
We already received a lot of pictures of the puppies at their homes. Great to see them all so happy and active! Some of them have already gone to their first puppy-huntingtraining! And Ares already helped Klaus with trapping a fox! (well, helped trying to move the dead fox, but Ares has to grow a little more before he can be realy helpfull with that :-))
